  Lovely hotel and staff!
We had a great time at Hotel Alcazar! The staff was so helpful and friendly, they helped coordinate surprises for my birthday and did a wonderful job. The room and view were beautiful and loved that it's right across from the beach. And if you need a break from the sun, the pool area is great! We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in San Juan Del Sur!

  Our view from the balcony was amazing!
We loved our stay at Hotel Alcazar and this wonderful place is perfectly located by the water in San Juan Del Sur - the view we had from our balcony was incredible. It's clean, the breakfast is local and very tasty, the staff friendly and helpful, the room spacious and the garden with the pool is super cozy.   Wonderful hotel with great service
My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel and we are so glad that we stayed here. From the moment we walked in Alfredo was accommodating, informative and obliging. We will definitely make this our "go to" hotel in SJDS and will recommend it to friends and family when they travel there. The only thing to be aware of the noise in this part of town on a Saturday night.

  Estupendo nos salvaron las vacaciones
Habíamos reservado por booking el hotel HC Liri Hotel cuando llegamos se nos cayó el alma a los pies y nos fuimos corriendo, buscamos otro hotel y dimos con el Alcázar, un lujo, nos salvaron, gracias!!! Volveremos  sin dudar al hotel Alcázar al año que viene, nos encantó todo.
